At BohemiSoul, we want you to love your free-spirited finds, but if a piece doesn't perfectly match your vibe, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
